After migrating to CDN driven crate downloads, the download counts on crates.io were undercounted for part of last week, with the 12th, 13th, and 14th being the days worst affected.

We will be backfilling the download counts from the raw log data, starting at 00:00 UTC.

crates.io should remain up during this operation, but performance may be degraded. Cargo crate downloads will be unaffected.
