The maintenance is taking longer than expected, but we expect it to finish in the next 5 minutes. There should be no user-visible impact for this second part of the maintenance.

Update
The first part of the maintenance is complete, and crates.io is writable again. It's now possible to log in, publish crates, yanking crates and changing owners of craters.
The crates.io team will continue performing the rest of the maintenance procedure, but no user-visible impact is expected.

We expect this to take 30 minutes to complete. During the 10 minutes of maintenance crates.io will only be available in read-only mode: downloading crates and visiting the website will still work, but logging in, publishing crates, yanking crates or changing owners will not work.
