crates.io will be placed in read only mode to perform database maintenance. We expect the maintenance to last a few minutes. During this time, most functionality will still be available, but crates will not be able to be published/yanked/unyanked during this time. Some information such as download counts, API key usage, and GitHub profile information will not be updated.
