crates.io will be placed in read only mode to perform database maintenance. We expect the maintenance to last no more than 30 minutes. During this time, most functionality will still be available, but crates will not be able to be published/yanked/unyanked during this time. Some information such as download counts, API key usage, and GitHub profile information will not be updated.
