Update
The database server migration is completed and read-only mode has been deactivated again. Performance might still be slightly degraded while the read-replica database is being provisioned. We are expecting to be fully operational by 08:30 UTC.

The crates.io team will perform a database server migration on 2024-06-05 from 07:30 to 07:45 UTC.
We expect this to take about 5 minutes to complete. During the migration crates.io will only be available in read-only mode: downloading crates and visiting the website will still work, but logging in, publishing crates, yanking crates or changing owners will not work.
